We want every piece you receive to meet your expectations.
If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Quick eligibility checklist

• To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size?
We offer complimentary size exchanges on all eligible orders, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
